Stratford Choir Booster Club Bravo Scholarship Application
  • For current Seniors 
  • Application deadline is 6:00 p.m. on April 17th, 2026
  • Applicant's family must be member of the Choir Booster Club
  • Applicants must have been in Choir for three years and have participated in the all-state audition process or solo/ensemble competition at least once.
  • Scholarship committee will attempt to award at least one recipient who is planning on a four-year college or two-year conservatory program with a major in Vocal Performance, Music Education, Musical Theatre, Music Theory/Composition, Music Therapy, or Music Business.
  • Applicants will be reviewed with the following priority:  (1) involvement with choir; (2) director assessment; (3) academics; (4) other SHS and community extracurricular activities.
  • Only completed applications, including transcripts and essays, will be considered.

Please list which choir you were a member of, choir activities you participated in (All-State Audition Process, Solo and Ensemble, choir officer positions, choir awards, etc., voluntary performances such as Wassail, etc.), as well as other extracurricular activities, community service, honors and awards, employment, etc. for each year - freshman, sophomore, junior and senior. *
Please email your current transcript to  StratfordChoirScholarships@gmail.com.  Unofficial transcripts are acceptable, including those printed from Skyward.  Your application will not be considered complete until the transcript is received.  Please note the following:

a)  If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian sign your transcript.  If you are 18 or over, please sign it yourself.  This signature gives the Scholarship Committee permission to review the transcript.
b)  Black out your social security number if it is visible.
