Currently the EOSD is preparing to transition students back into school for 1 or more days effective the week of April 12th. However, we are also aware that some parents are not comfortable sending their children back to school this school year. Therefore, we are providing parents with an option of sending their children back to school on the established day and time or continuing full remote learning for the remainder of the school year. Please note, if you chose remote learning, you will not be able to change your mind and send your child to school for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. However, if you decide to send your child to school and begin to feel uncomfortable, you may opt to full remote learning. Please complete the following survey and submit. We must have one survey for every student that is enrolled in the school. All surveys must be completed no later than March 26, 2021.
