Thank you for reaching out to MP Gerretsen about your passport and we're sorry to hear you have been affected by a delay with Passport Canada.

In order to check the status of your passport, please first utilize Passport Canada's Online Status Checker here: https://etatpasseport-passportstatus.service.canada.ca/en/expectations
 
At this point, if you are two weeks out from a travel date and have yet to receive your passport, please call Passport Canada at 1-800-567-6868 - you may have to wait on hold however you will get through to an agent. Once you get through to an agent, you can ask the status of your passport and you may need to request a transfer to a local passport office (Ottawa or Toronto offices are closest to Kingston) where it can be picked up by you, in time for your travel date.

If it is two weeks out from your travel date and you have not managed to speak to a passport agent on the phone to escalate your application on your own behalf, you may return the following information to us and we can escalate.
