Hearing Voices - Survey 3 of 3 - Their Disposition (metric)

This survey is collecting information about hearing voices - verbal auditory hallucinations (what people hear that they cannot see or easily explain). It is intended for anybody who has experienced auditory hallucination(s), whether they have presented to medical services or not. The goal of the database is to identify the modi operandi of the voices/hallucinations, to enhance or refute popular explanatory models. The primary objective is to identify salient factors impacting the disposition of voices.
