How will we get a photo of the deceased?
You can give us a photo of the deceased, but you don't have to. If you send a photo, it should be of the deceased person alone (not with others). You can email it to: spadmin@medicinebuddha.org, or mail it (non-returnable) to LMB, 5800 Prescott Rd, Soquel, CA 95073.
