You will also receive an email confirmation.Your responses are recorded and a copy of your responses will be sent to your email address. The PDF of your attendance must be uploaded into the Slate when the Program Plan is completed. This verifies that you have watched the video and all of the information included in the video.

I understand that Basic Skills and Subject Matter Competency , or a Bachelor's Degree or higher, are required for program admission.

I understand it is my responsibility to follow up with my recommenders to ensure they submit my recommendations within one month of the application deadline.

I understand that I must complete a group interview, attend a  program plan session, and submit a multiple subject credential program plan for admissions.

I understand that I must have my Bachelor's degree posted on my transcript and multiple subject credential program plan approved before I can register for class.  *

I understand that courses expire the semester prior to the 7-year mark.

I understand that the state Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) can change credential requirements at any time.

I understand CTC will require the Literacy Performance Assessment (LPA) instead of the RICA exam effective July 1, 2025. Prior to that date, CalTPA Cycle 1, CalTPA Cycle 2 and the RICA are required. After that date, CalTPA Cycle 1 (math) and the LPA are required.
