Liberty First Credit Union Arena
Ralston, NE 

We invite you to submit a vendor application for the Douglas County Fair. This year, the fair will be held at Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Ralston, Nebraska. Each vendor will receive an 8'x11'' booth space. No water is available at your booth, and some booths may have limited access to electricity; however, it is not guaranteed. Booth space costs $50.00 for the two-day event.   Set-up is Friday, July 17,   10 am-7 pm, and Saturday, 8 am-9:30 am. 

Booths should be open.    
                   July 18, 2026:  10 am-6 pm on Saturday
                   July 19, 2026:  10 am-5 pm on Sunday

Once approved, you will be sent a vendor contract to sign.   A $50.00 payment is due with your signed contract.  No payment is due at the time of application.   No booth will be assigned with
out payment. Payment may be made: VENMO at #Douglas. County Fair,  or By Check or Cash, mailed to our Waterloo address with your contract. If you are paying by card, please let Barb know.  An invoice will be emailed to you to pay. 

We have a limited amount of free booth space available for non-profits.
