It is hereby understood and agreed, if this application is granted, the undersigned will assume all and exclusive responsibility for the preservation of order and the sole and exclusive liability for any injury to persons, and any damage to, or loss of property, whether or not the fault of the undersigned, that may result from the use or rental of the WCM west parking lot. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and release the Museum, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, and hold the same harmless against all actions, suits, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, by any person arising out of or relating to the use or rental of the WCM west parking lot. *

If you request the use of electricity, we request a $25 donation be made to the Museum .

Any cords run by or belonging to the unit are the responsibility of the vendor and should be placed in a way that will not causing a tripping hazard for patrons.

No food waste should be disposed of in the Wabash County Museum's dumpster.

The parking lot should be left as you found it. Please remove all trash and debris.
