Annual Clever Integration Request for School-Purchased Applications 
This form should be submitted for PURCHASED products that have signed the BCS DPSA and have been approved by Teaching & Learning.  Please submit this form for products you submit a PO to the board for purchase.  
  • All requests submitted by August 4th will be ready for first day of school as long as the vendor can accommodate.  
  • If you are doing staff training before the first day of school please contact the Instructional Technology Coordinator (Stacie Kegley - stacie.kegley@boone.kyschools.us)
