Connect. Dance. Love. seeks to create a safe space for play and connection, where all participants respect each other and our boundaries.
 
If you feel that your consent has been violated, ignored, or minimized; or you have experienced any sort of abusive or harassing behavior at a CDL event, please use this form to let us know.

The intent of this form is to enhance safety and accountability.  If you desire, CDL leadership will take action after receiving this report.  But we want to know about all incidents large and small, even if you don't feel that a response is necessary.

We will preserve confidentiality to the extent that we are able.
