In consideration for receiving permission to participate with The Neighborhood Markets event, the vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the The Neighborhood Markets. The resident/HOA voluntarily assumes responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, or any loss or damage to property as a result of being engaged in such activity. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Neighborhood Markets, volunteers and officers from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation whether caused by negligence of resident/HOA.
