1. Each candidate shall submit at least 2 endorsement letters

   • Current Pastor and at least one of the following

   • District or Region Young Adult President

   • District or Region Young Adult Director

   • Episcopal Director

2. Headshot photograph (raw/original .jpg or .tif of at least 300 dpi resolution or 1MB.)  NOTE: please send as a separate file and do not embed in a Word document.

3. Please email all materials after completing your form by February 3, 2024 to Mrs. Armisha Walker-Harrison, Director of the Connectional Young Adult Ministry, at cyamelection@gmail.com.
   

All candidates must identify themselves by May 1, 2024. 

1. In the event that there are no candidates for a particular position by May 1, 2024 the floor will be open for nominations from May 1, 2024 to June 1, 2024.

2. If there are no nominations received by June 1, 2024 it will be at the discretion of the Department of Christian Education and Formation and the Young Adult Director to determine the next steps.
