We are truly sorry for your loss, and understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family. Thank you for considering Light and Life Christian Fellowship as a venue of choice for your loved one's funeral and/or celebration of life. If you are NOT interested in holding a funeral on our campus but would like to request for a Light and Life pastor to officiate an offsite funeral, you can use this same form. Please note that currently, we are considering funerals for members of Light and Life and their close relatives ONLY.
