Henika District Library's Take-and-Make Kits
This form is for patrons of Henika District Library to request Take-and-Make Kits for pickup. This form will be in use as long as we are offering curbside services.

The form will be updated regularly as new kits become available for request. Kits are available while supplies last. All kits listed below are available currently. Select the kits you're interested in, then mark the number of kits you want of each (one per child, please).
