Hunger Relief Refrigerator Grant Initiative
Harvest Against Hunger and Northwest Harvest are teaming up to provide up to $500 rebates toward the purchase of refrigerated and/or frozen storage units for hunger relief programs across Washington. This initiative was developed to continue the outstanding model that Dairy Farmers of Washington coordinated previously. We provided rebates to more than 60 programs over our previous fiscal year (July, 1 2018 and June 30, 2019). We're relaunching the program with total of $6,000 initially, and hope to add new funding partners to expand it over the next few months.

The Hunger Relief Refrigerator Grant Initiative is open to hunger relief partners in Washington, including meal programs, food pantries and tribal hunger relief programs. Eligible programs must be registered as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit in the state of Washington, have a fiscal sponsor supporting your services, or be a Federal or State recognized tribe.

To receive your rebate:
1) Purchase a new or used refrigerator and/or freezer of any size for your facility
2) Fill out the form below
3) Scan and email a copy of the receipt to contact@harvestagainsthunger.org, or send a copy of the receipt to:

4) Once the form and receipt have been received, we will send a check to your address. Please note that the rebates will be based on purchase price. If you spend less than $500 for your equipment, we will reimburse you for that lower amount.
