TD JAZZ YOUTH SUMMIT APPLICATION
The TD Ottawa Jazz Youth Summit runs from June 23rd through July 1st, 2018. Applicants must be Canadian and 24 years of age or younger. To apply please fill in the following on-line application below, and provide all the the required support material.

Please note the audition/support material requirements and give yourself enough time to record/video what you need. You can do the entire process online by providing links to the appropriate audio or video. You can alternately send us a link to a files through Dropbox, Googldrive or WeTransfer, or mail it in to the address below. If you are uploading files, please include your full name in the file name.

SUPPORT MATERIAL & RECORDING GUIDELINES
All instruments are welcome to apply!
All applicants are asked to demonstrate their technical ability, and play two pieces with accompaniment as well as a solo performance. Please see instrument section for exceptions or specific requirements. Audio and/or video recordings are acceptable.

Your music selections must be accompanied (play along recordings also acceptable). include any compositions or arrangements you have achieved (score or recording). Supply sheet music of original composition(s).

Please read the following guidelines on submitting your support material.
- you can provide links to streamed samples (ie. Youtube, Soundcloud, etc.)
- OR you can send files directly to petr@ottawajazzfestival.com through dropbox, google drive, wetransfer or a similar sharing site. If you choose this option, please keep the file sizes small (mp3 for audio, mp4 for video).

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN EVERY FILENAME!!!

If your name is not included in the filename, we have no way of telling who it belongs to and therefore the file will not be considered towards your application.

ALL INSTRUMENTS
1. Two selections, one standard in swing and the other contrasting. Original compositions are not required but encouraged. Play melody, then solo for 1-4 choruses.
