Grades 5-12- Select Summer Strength & Speed Session: Sessions can be adjusted as the summer progresses. Each session will consist of a warm up, speed/agility/mobility element, and a weight room lift. (Average Workout Time = 90 minutes but will vary) NOTE: Depending on session numbers, start times may be modified, and additional start times added.
Grades 3 & 4 - Summer Sessions are 60 minutes from 9am -10am Monday -Thursday.

Minot High Summer Strength begins Monday, June 2, 2025 at Magic City Campus. Athletes should arrive at (weather permitting) at the South Gate at Duane Carlson Stadium. If weather is not cooperating, meet inside MCC through door #39.
