Schedule Conflict Requests
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IS FRIDAY, June 7th.
All students receive their schedules on June 3rd. Your counselor will review your request and make the changes if they fall within the guidelines below. Registration is August 21st from 2-7pm.
STUDENTS
Every effort has been made to honor your elective choices or your alternate choices. Reminder, all students were given from January 25th until February 14th to decide their elective and alternate choices.
All effort was made to keep teachers consistent for first and second semester when possible. Hours of the day are not guaranteed to be consistent each semester.
Schedule changes will ONLY be made for the following reasons:
- Computer error (I do not have 8 class periods in my schedule)
- Balancing of classes
- Failed course makeup
- Intelligibility to take the course
STUDENTS AND PARENTS- Important information to understand:
Parent permission is required to submit this form. Therefore, by entering parent email information, counselors will be made aware that a parent or guardian is involved in this decision.
If your request does not fall within the approved guidelines, counselors have been advised not to make unapproved changes. However, if you have a extenuating circumstance, please select "other" and list your reason.
