Planning for Possible School Closure (Parent Survey)
This confidential survey is for staff to find out how prepared our families are for a possible school closure due to COVID-19.
Our school is calmly taking a proactive approach to planning for all scenarios. We want to ensure we're equipped to temporarily switch to online learning if we are instructed to close.
Please enter the names of all your children who are currently attending our school. The information in this survey will not be shared publicly.
