Welcome to Early College Worcester (ECW)! Early College Worcester is a partnership between Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), Worcester Public School (WSU) and Worcester Public Schools, which allows you to earn QCC and WSU credits, explore college and career, learn to be a better learner, and be supported by QCC and WSU faculty and staff.
ECW is completely free of charge (tuition, books, and transportation). Think of ECW as your first college scholarship and your first college community. ECW is more than taking QCC and WSU courses, we want to offer you life-transformative experiences where you grow as a student and a person.
You are an important part of a community, and with your education, you will help make Worcester, and Massachusetts, a better place for the future.
The goal of ECW is to earn at least 12 college credits before graduating high school. Every QCC and WSU course that is offered through ECW also counts towards your Worcester Public School degree and MassCore graduation requirements. In addition, all credits earned with a C or better can be transferred to most state colleges and universities in Massachusetts. Again, being part of ECW is being part of a community, and this is your first college scholarship.
Please complete the application portion of the form to join Early College Worcester.
