Vendors must show proof of possessing the appropriate vendor license and insurance certificate.
No Vendor shall be a nuisance to its neighbors or customers by excessive noise, odor, refuse, or other causes.
Failure to sell or exhibit what the contract states will be just reason for removal of product and/or vendor.
No obscene displays or behavior are allowed.
Products sold must be in compliance with state and federal law. Vendors will assume responsibility for such compliance.
Vendors must follow food safety protocols.
Food trucks and food vendors agree to allow use of video and photography taken by Festival organizers at the event for promotional purposes.
All food trucks and food vendors deep frying must have fire extinguishers.
Applicants shall sell and serve food at their own risk.
Food trucks must be self contained.
