Natural History Drawing and Photography Study day 31st Jan 2014

A chance for artists to come behind the scenes at the museum to draw and photograph specimens from the biology collections.
The biology curator will assist you prior to your visit in sourcing unusual and rarely seen specimens from the biology collection in our underground store. We have over 650,000 specimens including taxidermy, pinned insects, shells, corals, eggs, skulls and ‘pickled’ animals, that can be drawn and photographed as reference material for your art work.

Spaces limited to 6 people, dry materials only, booking essential.
There are no spaces remaining but please fill in the form to be on our reserve list

10.00am – 5:00pm
Lunch break 1.30-2.30
£35 cash payment on the day
