Retail Vendor (merchandise, non-food) Application ROC Pride Fest 2017


Retail Vendors are allowed to sell merchandise on site. You are required to follow all Vendor rules, as published and communicated to you from time to time.

You are required to follow all New York State, County of Monroe, and City of Rochester laws and ordinances regarding permits, sales tax, insurance and public safety.

1) By submitting an on-line application to be ROC Pride vendor, the applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Gay Alliance, its Board, employees and volunteers involved with ROC Pride Fest from all claims and liabilities.

2) By submitting an online application, the applicant acknowledges responsibility for compliance with all Vendor rules that are posted or communicated to the applicant.

Applications close Friday June 30, 2017.
Registration payment must be received by Monday July 3, 2017.

Late fee of $35.00 will be added to vendor applications submitted after June 30 2017 or registrations paid after Wednesday July 5, 2017.

All fees include 1 table and 2 chairs, and a 10x10 space. (additional available for an additional fee)

NOTE: Retail Vendor includes any business or organization that is selling items at ROC Fest. If you have questions contact Please know that registration fee includes FOUR ENTRY TICKETS per day, if you have more staff or volunteers, you will need to purchase additional tickets.


STEP ONE: This application

STEP TWO: Payment of $20 nonrefundable vendor application fee with this application.

STEP THREE: If application is accepted you will receive an invoice for the full registration fee:
--$150 per day for either 7/15/17 or 7/16/17
--$200 for both days

STEP FOUR: Pay the registration fee on or before July 3, 2016

Full payment must be received before registration is considered complete.
