FOLK Teens: Cultivating Spiritual Wisdom for a Meaningful Life
FOLK (Friends of Lord Krishna) Teens, an initiative by India Heritage Foundation Boston, is a transformative program designed to equip teenagers with essential spiritual wisdom and practical life skills. Rooted in the timeless teachings of Srila Prabhupada’s Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, and Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita, the program empowers young minds to lead a life of happiness, health, and inner peace.
At FOLK Teens, learning is an engaging and immersive experience that goes beyond traditional study. The program includes:
- Debates & Case Studies – Encouraging critical thinking by applying spiritual principles to real-world challenges.
- Storytelling & Philosophy – Bringing Vedic wisdom to life through engaging narratives and deep philosophical discussions.
- Practical Life Skills – Cultivating self-discipline, mindfulness, and a balanced lifestyle.
- Slokas & Kirtans – Learning sacred chants and devotional music to enrich spiritual practice.
By integrating Vedic philosophy into a modern context, FOLK Teens helps young individuals stay connected to their spiritual roots while developing the skills and mindset needed for a purposeful and fulfilling life.
