2025 Camp Cancellation Form
Please submit this form to process the request to cancel your child's summer camp according to the Cancellation Policy below. Submit one form for each child. You will receive confirmation via email when your camp has been canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*Cancellations through March 15, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $50 Administration Fee for each week, per camper that is registered. 

*Cancellations made March 16, 2025 through April 30, 2025 will receive a 75% refund 

*Cancellations made May 1, 2025 up to two weeks prior to camp start will receive a 50% refund.

*No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of camp start unless the camp is canceled.

2025 Weeks:
Week 1: June 2-6
Week 2: June 9-13
Week 3: June 16, 17, 18, & 20  (4 days: no camp 6/19)
Week 4: June 23-27
-No camp June 30 - July 4-
Week 5: July 7-11
Week 6: July 14-18
Week 7: July 21-25
