**RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE PLACED AT LEAST ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) BEFORE THE EVENT!

**PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT LAST MINUTE ROOM RESERVATION REQUESTS. TIME IS NEEDED FOR RESERVATIONS TO BE PROCESSED.

**Expect 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your request to be processed.

**For MSC Staff event transitioning purposes, allow for a 30 minute break between events when requesting a space. **Please also note that reservations can only made up until 30 min before closing time.

Please note that submitting this form DOES NOT guarantee a reservation. Reservations are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please double check the availability calendar before submitting your request. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 3-5 business days.


The Multicultural Student Center is open during the following hours (academic year only):

MONDAY: 9 am - 10 pm
TUESDAY: 9 am - 10 pm
WEDNESDAY: 9 am - 10 pm
THURSDAY: 9 am - 10 pm
FRIDAY: 9 am - 5 pm
SATURDAY: CLOSED
SUNDAY: 11 am - 4 pm

If you are requesting a reservation that is OUTSIDE of our normal hours of operation, it must be submitted AT LEAST 2 weeks before the event date requested. Failure to do so will result in declination of reservation request. Please also between 1-2 weeks for your request to be processed.

To cancel a reservation, send an email notifying the MSC at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel will result in restrictions on submitting reservations for the next month. If you have any questions, please contact multiculturalleadership@gmail.com.

In order to reserve a space, please make a reservation 7 days before your event. Expect a response in 3-5 business days. Please make sure that there is a 30 minute gap between your event and another's, so that the MSC staff can transition between events.
You may only reserve a space if you understand that you CANNOT advertise under the name of the UW-Madison Multicultural Student Center (MSC) in any form of promotion. Although you may list the MSC as the location for your event, please make it clear that we are NOT the hosts of the event. We are NOT liable for inappropriately posted signs, posters and flyers on university property and city property adjacent to campus. For this activity degrades the appearance of campus, increases the workload of campus employees who must remove it, and is PROHIBITED by the Wisconsin Code and Madison City Ordinance.
