The 2026 Taipei International Dark Sky Forum brings together diverse perspectives on ecology, human health, technology, culture, education, and public governance to explore how we understand, protect, and preserve the night. On the final day of the forum, the “Taipei DarkSky Manifesto” will be presented as a shared outcome of the three-day discussions, reflecting the insights, experiences, and concerns raised throughout the event.

We warmly invite all participants to share their feedback through this form. You are welcome to suggest revisions, add perspectives, or highlight issues that you believe should be addressed in future efforts on dark sky conservation and light pollution governance. Your input will serve as an important reference for the final-day discussion and for refining the Declaration, helping it become a collective outcome shaped through dialogue, exchange, and shared reflection.
