Since this pandemic started our normal rhythms of life have been disrupted. The way we typically connect with friends, family, and our faith community have changed. Public health officials have called for social distancing and have enforced limitations on indoor gatherings. The pandemic and public health orders have changed the way we engage with our local church.

In an effort to understand engagement and improve our church partnerships we are inviting you to complete this survey. You may skip any question you do not want to answer. These results will remain anonymous and will only be shared with ministry partners as a summary.
