Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be processed.  All applications received during the Open Enrollment Period are treated equally and will be placed in a lottery no matter when received during the Open Enrollment Period of March 3 -March 7 , 2025.  Priority for applications received after the Open Enrollment period will be placed in a pool of applications for future lottery draws for open seating.  

Open Enrollment ends at 3:30 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025.  All applications received after that time will go on the waiting pool of applications list.
