This event is expected to be held outdoors. You and your entire booth must fit within the listed space. You are responsible for your entire booth setup - no tables or ez up provided. No electricity provided or wifi.

Shared Booth Space is acceptable, however, both vendors must apply and be approved.

Booth fees must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email, otherwise you forfeit your spot. Fees can be paid via paypal invoice. Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason.
