As a volunteer, I hereby release Marked For Life Ministries, its officers and employees from any liability of personal injury, loss or damage to personal property associated with volunteer activities for Marked For Life Ministries. I agree that I am assuming all risks of this volunteer work, and that there is a possibility of injury that may result from work that I elect to do. I understand and acknowledge that my status as a volunteer does not qualify me as an employee for any purpose. I also understand that I cannot qualify for workers’ compensation benefits if l am injured while engaged as a volunteer. I acknowledge that I understand the waiver and release described in this document. Waiver and release are made to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I acknowledge that I have signed this document under my own free will, and that I accept as valuable consideration for this waiver and release the opportunity to serve with Marked For Life Ministries, in a volunteer capacity. I hereby authorize Marked For Life Ministries to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, distribute and publish in print, video, audio recorded productions, and on the World Wide Web this material for purposes of publicizing Marked For Life Ministries programs or other lawful purpose without payment or any other consideration. *
