Reporting Volunteer 
This is the online form for tracking your volunteer commitment. You are responsible for submitting the report to earn your 25% discount membership every time you volunteer the event. 

1.) You must participate in at least 10 events throughout the last 12 months. 
2.) President and Clubhouse Manager can verify this volunteer report with an approval.
3.) The Membership Coordinator will review this for verification before granting a 25% discount at the member's request.
4.) Any associates with paid positions, including club managers, bartenders, custodians, and groundkeepers, are not counted.
5.) Serving on the board with assigned duties is also not counted.
