1) Non-church-ministry related events REQUIRE A $25 FEE BY THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
2) Filling out this form does not guarantee facility use until receiving a phone (or email) confirmation.
3) Weddings require additional fees, paperwork, and stipulations.
