Thinking about launching a news chatbot ? Hear from early adopters
Join ChatEurope for a webinar with several European media organizations who are experimenting AI‑powered assistants to meet evolving audience habits while ensuring information reliability.

AI chatbots are rapidly becoming a new entry point to news consumption, especially for younger audiences.

According to the latest Reuters Institute Digital News Report, 7% of people now use AI assistants for news every week, a figure that rises to 15% among under‑25s. While these numbers remain modest, they are expected to grow significantly in the coming years.

Yet this emerging trend comes with huge challenges. Recent research coordinated by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) revealed that 45% of all AI‑generated answers contained at least one significant issue, highlighting the need for trustworthy, source‑based conversational tools in journalism.

Join our webinar to hear from early adopters of news chatbots: from Aftonbladet in Sweden, Ouest France, from the EBU, and from the ChatEurope team (AFP, Druid, Deutsche Welle among others members of the consortium)
