The Nick's Facility Use Request Form
THIS FORM IS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO RESERVE AN AREA OF THE NICK FOR EXCLUSIVE USE (Events, sports, expos, employee outings, camps, programs, etc). 
This form is NOT a contract, but a way to gather information so we can determine if we can accommodate your request.

Thank you for your interest in hosting your activity at The Nick! Please enter as much detail as you can about your request for use of our facility (indoor or outdoor). 

We are aiming to open the new indoor facility in late 2026. Reservation rates have not yet been determined, so we’re unable to answer questions about pricing at this time. As we get closer to opening, we will review submitted use forms and contact applicants directly. Thank you for your patience.
