Thank you for signing up for this super fun event! We will be attending a Calgary Hitmen game at the Saddledome as a Student Ministries group on
January 10, 2025. The game begins at 7pm, so we ask that students would arrive at the stadium no later than
6:30pm. We anticipate the game lasting until at least 9:30pm, but that is something we can't predict in advance. Tickets are
$15/student. Sign up by
Monday, December 16 to ensure that we have enough tickets for everyone that wants to attend. We suggest that students bring money with them to buy snack. Please note that the Saddledome is a
cashless venue, so students will need to bring some form of debit/credit card to pay for snacks.
For payment, you can pay by cash in person anytime before the event or you can send an e-transfer to giving@gbccalgary.com. If you're e-transfering, please be sure to indicate on the message line that this is for the Student Ministries Hitmen Game and note that there will be no refunds, so be sure your student is coming before you pay.
Closer to the event date an email will be sent to everyone who has signed up with more information.
