Please use the following form to share information about reportable incidents involving Mill Valley School District students or about our school properties.   This form will be checked during district business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday during the school year, excluding holidays and breaks. Information can be shared with the Mill Valley Police Department by calling (415) 389-4100 or the Central Marin Sheriff at (415) 473-7250.  If there is an emergency or a crime in progress, please always dial 911 to reach our local authorities.
