Gift Aid Declaration Form
Make the most of your giving! If you're a UK taxpayer, register for Gift Aid! This allows us to claim back 25p for every £1 you donate.

Gift Aid allows us to reclaim basic tax on all donations made by UK taxpayers. What this means is that if you were to donate £200.00 and make a gift aid declaration, this will boost your overall contribution to £250.

No matter how you choose to give, we always provide you with an opportunity to make a gift aid declaration. If you give via direct debit or online, we'll prompt you before submitting the donation to make a declaration that we can claim gift aid on your giving.

If you give via standing order or at one of our Sunday services, please fill out the form below!

If you have any questions, please email our Financial Administrator - Noel Suthesh (noel@junctionchurch.net)

Thanks so much for your generosity!

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 28p of tax on every £1 that I gave up to 5 April 2008 and will reclaim 25p on tax on every £1 that i give on or after 6 April 2008.
