Equinox Music & Art Festival 2019: Vendor Application
Thanks for your interest in helping us make Equinox 2019 the best year ever! We have a highly energetic and motivated team and seeking a select variety of food and non-food vendors to participate in this year's event. We have an extremely limited number of spaces available this year and will be hosting only a handful of food options.
Our top priority is the success of our vendors and we'll be working hard to provide the best spots and opportunities for maximum sales. This year we've got a brand new location for our vendor village smack in the middle of our multiple stages and centralized within the entrance and our campers. We've also made it even easier for our customers to get to know our vendors by providing a web platform with a map listing that details each food/craft booth!
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY UNAUTHORIZED VENDING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED*
Vendor fees are as follows:
$1,000 - Premium cannabis vendor. Includes placement in covered cannabis bazaar, Electrical hookup and passes for FOUR people (Must be certified in the state of Maine or Mass and provide documentation) VERY LIMITED
250 - (APPS CLOSED) Food Vendor. Includes a 10' frontage and passes for TWO people.
$100 - Craft / Non-food Vendor. Includes a 10' frontage and passes for ONE person.
$125 - Roaming/Camp vendor pass. Includes vendor wristband for ONE person tied.
$50 - Extra 10' frontage (per 10').
$75 - Electrical Hookups (per 20amp circuit)
$75 - Camping / Car behind vendor space (very limited)
$75 - Additional vendor personnel (very limited, one pass per vendor)

What else will you require?

+$75 - Parking at Vendor Space (very limited)
+ $75 - Additional Vendor Personnel (One additional vendor staff).
+ $150 - Additional Vendor Personnel (Two additional vendor staff)
+ $225 - Additional Vendor Personnel (Three additional vendor staff)
