Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of this entry to take part in this event, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified both the Canadian Shark Class Association and the host of the yacht club, and organizers and respective agents, officials, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses, and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with me taking part in this Regatta, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of their agents, officials or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon heirs, executors, assigns and myself. *
