Sauze d’Oulx is one of the larger and more popular resorts of the Milky Way. The ski area has a huge 400km of pistes and links a range of resorts including Sauze d'Oulx, Sestriere, Sansicario and Claviere in Italy, and Montgenèvre in France, meaning you could ski two countries in one day! There is an excellent range for all abilities with a wide variety of pistes including some tree-lined.
Hotel Savoia Debili Set in the centre of Sauze d'Oulx, the Savoia Debili is a historic family-run hotel. It features a restaurant serving traditional cuisine from Piedmont, and offers free access to its gym.Rooms have classic décor and wooden furniture. Skiing LessonsChildren will have four hours of tuition each day. Two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Adults will have two hours of tuition available to them each morning.
After skiingWhen skiing finishes for the day, everyone changes out of their skiing clothes and there comes the moment for pocket money! Then most people take the opportunity to practise their French in the local shops just outside the hotel by going off in groups. After skiing or supper there is an organised activity such as swimming in the heated pool, bum boarding, karaoke, a quiz evening or our own talent show.
