I understand working with me will be a synergistic holistic approach to healing, including manual therapies and coaching. Course content will include (but not limited to) cervix and breast education, self-care bodywork, meditation, and breathwork practice. We will be discussing intimate topics including, sensuality, sexuality, maturation, menstrual blood, cervical fluids, and feminine cycles among other female related topics. *
