This form is intended for all graduate-level, degree seeking students at Hamline and should be completed in the term prior to the anticipated graduation term. Once submitted you will receive a copy of your responses. Please keep this for your records in order to avoid multiple submissions.

Submission of this form does not guarantee your graduate degree will be awarded. You must complete all degree requirements in order for your degree to be awarded.

By submitting this form, you are declaring your intention to complete all degree requirements in your program in time for your degree to be awarded in the anticipated completion term indicated on the form. Please review your Academic Progress Report in Workday to ensure you have met all necessary requirements.

Students completing their degree in Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 will be able to participate in the Spring 2026 Commencement ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2027. Students completing their degree in Summer 2027 must submit their Intent to Graduate form by March 15, 2027 in order to participate in the Commencement ceremony. Information regarding Commencement will be sent during the spring semester.
