The Marijuana Enforcement Division is excited to announce the new option for our licensees to submit initial applications for new businesses, new employees and new findings of suitability digitally through our brand-new online portal. We are dedicated to finding solutions to improve our processes as well as deliver services to stakeholders in a digital format regardless of their physical location.

We are purposefully doing a soft, gradual launch of initial online applications to make sure that we're able to fix any issues before launching online renewal applications in the coming months.
