Through the Zero Emissions Shared Mobility Study, Monterey County is exploring zero-emission innovative, accessible, and sustainable transportation options to meet the area's transportation needs. These solutions will promote clean (non-polluting) transportation and low-occupancy vehicle travel. The project aims to find effective ways to provide safe, reliable, affordable, and equitable transportation alternatives throughout North County, South County, the Monterey Peninsula, and the Salinas Valley.
