Vendor Application | Ozark Mountain Music Festival
Thank you for being here! Ozark Mountain Music Festival will take place January 14-17, 2027. Vending will take place only January 14-17, 2027. Please fill out all of this form, if you do not have something write N/A. Vendor fee is $200 and will need to be collected in advance. You will be asked to fill out tax forms (we will provide) for the state. NO Food and Beverage vendors for this event. 

Vending will take place Thursday 8pm-12am, Friday 6pm-12am, Saturday 4pm-12am, and Sunday 12PM-4PM on the 6th floor of the Basin Park Hotel in downtown Eureka Springs. Vendors are welcome to begin sales and end sales up to 2 hours before the required vendor hours for those who to want to maximize their sales potential. (Maximum vending hours Th 5pm-Midnight, Friday 4pm-Midnight, Saturday 2pm-Midnight, Sunday 11AM-5PM )
