Chromebook Request Form - Lincoln HS
The LAUSD School District is no longer providing Chromebooks to students and you can no longer request one on the Parent Portal.  

Lincoln High School is committed to making its best effort to provide a device to students in high need.  Please request one if you intend to use it regularly.  We have a limited inventory of older functioning Chromebooks for students.  Fill out the form with your information and we will provide you with a Chromebook.  

You are agreeing to treat the equipment as your own and turn it in when you graduate or if you unenroll.  Chromebooks will be issued to students who do not have devices assigned on Destiny (Schoology->App Center at top->Destiny Library)

Be sure to clear devices from other schools (elementary and middle school) before submitting a request.
