As new parents, co-founders Charlie and Alex found that accessing family healthcare was time-consuming and frustrating, or prohibitively expensive. They believed there had to be a better way to deliver care to Londoners when they needed it, at an affordable price. Qured was launched in 2017 with one objective, to revolutionise the patient experience of care, by offering affordable and convenient appointments to your door.

The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to build and run audacious campaigns, measure their impact and learn from those metrics to run an aggressive data driven growth strategy. Directly reporting to the CPO, the Growth Manager will be managing the growth budget to maximize efficiency by finding new high conversion channels.

Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the growth department including budgeting and reporting
- Management of innovative offline and online campaigns in short feedback loops
- Elaboration of unconventional PR (growth hacking) strategies to achieve high market penetration
- Tracking and documentation of tests and their results
- Continuous communication with content, digital ads, design and SEO teams to drive synergistic efforts
- Cross-functional collaboration with the product team and operation team.

Requirements
- 3+ successful years in growth hacking or marketing growth management and a demonstrated ability to leverage social media to drive viral content
- A data driven approach to problem solving and a passion for disruption
- Good knowledge of traditional marketing channels, both free and paid channels
- Expertise with Google Analytics, mailchimp, and one or more A/B testing tools.
