The Alzheimer's Association, in partnership with Openhouse and Family Caregiver Alliance, offers free training to health and social service providers on the care needs of LGBTQ+ seniors living with dementia and their care partners. This program is funded by the San Francisco Department of Disability and Aging Services. If you are interested in coordinating LGBTQ+ and Dementia Training or Training on Effective Communication Strategies for your staff, please complete the required fields on this form and we will contact you to coordinate a training.
