Terms & Conditions (T&C) 

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• The Monthly Virtual Medical Profile Building Program is open to all students interested in pursuing Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, or other Healthcare-related programs.
• Students may enrol in any of the following packages:
  • Monthly Package
  • 3-Month Package
  • 6-Month Package
  • 9-Month Package
  • 12-Month Package
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable package fee.

2. Program Structure

• All activities are conducted virtually through live interactive sessions.
• Each session is approximately 90–120 minutes in duration.
• Sessions are facilitated by Gyanberry's experienced mentors, medical professionals, and Supermentors.
• Students will receive the activity schedule and joining details in advance.
• Gyanberry reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, or update session topics, mentors, dates, or delivery methods whenever necessary.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Students are expected to attend every session to maximize their learning experience as per their package purchased. 
• This is a highly interactive program involving:
  • Case discussions/Group activities
  • Clinical reasoning exercises
  • Quizzes/Role plays/Simulations
• Students are expected to actively participate throughout the session.
• Once a session has been conducted, it will not be repeated individually for students who were absent.

4. Camera & Microphone Policy

• Keeping the camera switched ON throughout the session is mandatory.
• Students should keep their microphone available for interaction whenever requested by the instructor.
• Students who repeatedly keep their camera switched off, remain inactive, or fail to participate without prior approval may be removed from the session.
• Removal from a session does not entitle the student to a refund or replacement session.

5. Certificate Policy

Certificates of Participation will be awarded only to students who:

• Attend the session from beginning to end.
• Remain present throughout the workshop.
• Actively participate in discussions and activities.
• Comply with all participation and attendance requirements.

Gyanberry reserves the right to withhold certificates from students who do not meet the above criteria.

6. Recording & Intellectual Property

• All sessions are conducted live.
• No session recordings will be shared under any circumstances.
• Students are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, screen recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any part of the session or training materials without prior written consent from Gyanberry.
• All course materials, presentations, activities, and content remain the intellectual property of Gyanberry.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respectful behaviour towards mentors and fellow participants.
• Participate honestly and maintain academic integrity.
• Follow all instructions provided by the facilitators.

Gyanberry reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant displaying disruptive behaviour, inappropriate language, harassment, misuse of program resources, or any conduct that negatively affects the learning environment.

8. Fees, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All package fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds, credits, or replacement sessions will be provided if a student:
  • Is absent.
  • Joins late or leaves early.
  • Is removed due to violation of the program guidelines.
  • Chooses not to attend after registration.
• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or repeated individually.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

• By enrolling in the program, students (and parents/guardians where applicable) consent to Gyanberry using their information for:
  • Program administration.
  • Session communication.
  • Certificate generation.
  • Academic records.
• Gyanberry may capture photographs, screenshots, testimonials, or short video clips during sessions for training, marketing, and promotional purposes. Parents or students who do not wish to be featured must notify Gyanberry in writing before the session.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Monthly Virtual Medical Profile Building Program is designed to strengthen students' academic knowledge, communication skills, clinical reasoning, professionalism, and university application profile.
• Participation in this program does not guarantee admission to any university, medical school, scholarship, or academic program.
• Gyanberry shall not be held responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, hardware or software limitations, or any inability of the participant to attend or complete a session due to circumstances beyond Gyanberry's control.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any package of the Monthly Virtual Medical Profile Building Program, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Gyanberry reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with updated versions being communicated through official channels.
